Born in 1975, Anqiu, Shandong. Associate Professor, School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2005, Mr. Zhang graduated from Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Ph.D. in Management; and from 2011.4 to 2012.2, he studied at the Department of Health Policy and Management at Columbia University. His main research areas are health policy and social security. So far, he has presided over many projects such as the National Social Science Fund Project, the Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education, the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Project, and the Shanghai Government Decision Consulting Project. He directed the student science and technology project and won the first and second prize instructors of the 14th and 15th Challenge Cup Social Group. He has published four academic works and published more than 30 academic papers in Economic and Social System Comparison, Zhejiang Academic Journal, Health Policy and Planning and other journals. Mr. Zhang has won several honorary titles, including the second prize of the 6th Shanghai Decision Consulting Research Achievement Award and the third prize of the 10th Shanghai Excellent Achievements in Philosophy and Social Science, the second prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievements, Chenxing Scholar of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the third prize of the first teaching and educating of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the first prize of outstanding teachers of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Shanghai University Student Summer Social Practice Excellent Instructor and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University College Summer Social Practice Excellent Instructor.
